Manufacture
The manufacturing process of UL2651 involves several key steps. First, copper rods are drawn into thin wires through wire drawing machine before going through tinning process. These wires are then stranded or bundled together to form conductors. After that, the conductors are insulated with PVC material under extrusion process.
Package Method
There are various packaging methods of UL2651. It can be rolled up like any other cables for a certain length. This is the most common for cost-saving purpose.
